Chairman & Superintendent Message:

Kamrul Islam (Founder & Chairman)

Men often dream for themselves, but my dream has always been for my mother, motherland, and people. Since I began dreaming, my goal has been to work for the welfare of others. When I left my country, that dream expanded, and I now envision transforming the people of Bangladesh into skilled manpower. To bring this vision to life, in 2011, with 13 members, we founded the Kamrul-Jannatul Kallan (Welfare) Trust. Drawing from my life experiences, in 2013, we established the Hosna-Hossain Technical Institute in my hometown, funded by the trust and named in honor of my parents. Our mission is to create a generation of honest, courageous, and skilled individuals through quality education and IT training. Starting with 90 students, the institute now serves 400. With remarkable success in the SSC Vocational exams, we hope to launch a 4-year Diploma Engineering course soon. This initiative, funded by my savings from over 20 years in America, is a labor of love, maintained by the trust and the institute’s modest income. Our goal is to continue improving the education and lives of the local community.

Bilkis Ara Begum (Superintendent)

Nabipur Union, located 12 km south of Senbagh Upazila in Noakhali, is geographically isolated and lacks access to central services. Many in this area are still deprived of education and live in poverty, with no access to technical education. As a result, the number of dropouts and unemployed individuals is rising. While the world advances through technical skills, our community remains behind. In contrast, countries like China have achieved 96% technical education, fueling their global success. With only 4% technical education in Bangladesh, how can we expect prosperity? Recognizing this need, Kamrul Islam, a visionary social worker, founded Hosna-Hossain Technical Institute in 2013 under the Kamrul-Jannatul Welfare Trust. This institute, built in a remote village, offers modern training labs, quality education, and practical skills development. Led by committed educators, the institute strives to produce globally competitive students. Kamrul-Jannatul Welfare Trust, driven by dedication, aims to transform this institute into a leading polytechnic institution, with continued support from the community.
